We recently celebrated the completion of a new multi-use retail expansion within the Mountain Vista Marketplace in the City of Mesa, Arizona. The new 129,052 SF expansion is comprised of two buildings and accommodates a handful of national and regional concepts including Black Rock Coffee Bar, First Watch Restaurants, and CycleBar. The buildings feature a clean, contemporary, and sophisticated look that makes use of clean horizontal forms and varying parapet heights and projections to break up the linear massing of the storefront façades. Improvements to the site include the expansion and modification of utilities throughout the site, all new hardscape, paving, and parking facilities.
