New Work – Regal Irvine Spectrum
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Regal Irvine Spectrum project in Irvine, California. The project will involve renovating 159,000 SF of lobby, concession, restrooms and auditoriums. One auditorium will be converted to 4DX with motion chairs for augmented environmental effects.
Completed – Studio Movie Grill – Redlands
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Studio Movie Grill in Redlands, California. Renovations included new exterior signage, full dining kitchen, full indoor bar lounge area, self-serve beer area, A/V system and upgraded finishes.
Groundbreaking – FatCats – Mesa
A.R. Mays Construction broke ground on the new FatCats in Mesa. Located next to the Longbow Marketplace, where A.R. Mays also built the Sprouts Farmers Market, FatCats will begin construction soon and is scheduled to be completed in the fall.
Completed – Main Event Entertainment – Highlands Ranch
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Main Event Entertainment in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The 49,885 SF tilt-up concrete entertainment center included 22 bowling lanes restaurant, one bar, café, two-story laser tag, gravity ropes, arcade, billiards, corporate events capabilities, meeting rooms and party area. This was the seventh Main Event that A.R. Mays has built.
New Work – Fat Cats – Mesa
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the contract for FatCats. Located in the Longbow Marketplace in Mesa, FatCats is a ground up, 64,050 SF family entertainment center with eight theaters, 20 bowling lanes, arcade, nine-hole glow in the dark mini golf, party room, virtual reality area, bar and restaurant.
Completed – Galaxy Theatre Montesa
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Galaxy Theatre – Montesa in Tucson, Arizona. The project involved converting a previous Bashas’ grocery store into a theater, including raising the existing roof by eight feet to allow for the height of the auditoriums.
Grand Opening – Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed a ground up, 3,000 SF Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Phoenix. Construction began in May with the Grand Opening in November.
Groundbreaking – Fort Mojave Indian Tribe – Grade School & Cultural Center
A.R. Mays Construction recently broke ground on a K-6 school and cultural center, totaling 41,121 SF with 7.25 acres of site work. New Work – Laveen Park Place
A.R. Mays Construction was awarded the Laveen Park Place project, which is a 17.5-acre retail development with four buildings totaling 56,194 SF, including a 30,000 SF Sprouts Farmers Market. The site will also include six pads for future phases. Construction began in October and is scheduled to be completed in summer of 2019.
