Completed – Village Grove at Verrado

Village Grove at Verrado is complete. Construction included three retail shell buildings totaling 35,573 SF, including a build-out of an Ace Hardware. The project also includes 4.2 acres of sitework.

Completed – Pavilion Plaza West

A.R. Mays Construction completes construction of Pavilion Plaza West, a new 24,605 SF Sprouts Farmers Market. The project is part of Pavilion Plaza West, a 7.2-acre site that will involve the demolition of a former Von’s grocery store and the construction of three additional retail buildings totaling 37,529 SF and a building pad for future use.

New Work – Sterling Grove Shops & Site

Construction of a 19-acre retail site project. Included in the initial scope of work of the 105,790-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center is 19 acres of site infrastructure and 20,000 SF of retail space.

New Work – Van Buren Industrial Office

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Van Buren Industrial Office project, which is a 24,000 SF pre-engineered metal industrial office building. Construction begins in the winter of 2021 and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2022.

New Work – Madera Community Center

A.R. Mays Construction began construction of the Madera Community Center for a new housing community in Queen Creek. The project consists of a 4.6-acre site that will include a pool, spa, restrooms, 6 ramadas, park area with picnic tables and BBQs, playground equipment, bocce and pickleball courts.
