A.R. Mays Construction is proud to unveil renderings of our latest project, Ellsworth Ranch – Central Amenity Plaza in Queen Creek, Arizona! We are thrilled to be part of the project team in collaboration with Taylor Morrison and Perlman Architects of Arizona to create an atmosphere that pays respect to the authentic history of the property, the Ellsworth family heritage, and provides a parklike setting for the community to come together, socialize, and relax. The new central amenity plaza within Ellsworth Ranch is planned to include a clubhouse with fitness center, pool, pickleball courts, a half basketball court, seating, and a children’s play area. This month saw the start of on-site activities, with the project expected to be completed by the Fall of 2024.
