The 5,900 SF storage facility features refrigerated and dry storage, an office, workstation, repacking station, and a three-bay loading dock. The 2,600 SF laundry facility provides a dedicated space for washers and dryers, folding, pressing, and staff facilities. The new facility allows for streamlined delivery services, storage and distribution of food and beverage products, reduces Desert Mountains carbon footprint, and provides a dedicated laundry building versus the outdated and undersized existing facility on the property.
