The Legacy Sports Arena and Hotel project is a 171,000 SF amateur sports facility and an adjacent 58,000 SF boutique hotel. The state-of-the-art arena will feature two NHL-sized ice rinks, synthetic practice rink and a large glass floor with LED lighting that will illuminate the boundary lines for various sports including basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, soccer, lacrosse and pickleball. Additional amenities include party rooms, locker rooms, retail space, offices, gym and an upstairs restaurant with viewing areas. Sharing the parking lot with the arena, the four-story hotel will have 88 rooms that are catered toward families and teams, two pools, Jacuzzi, barbecue area, fire pit and a large grassy recreation area.
