A 6,756 SF tenant improvement for Lou Malnati’s, a Chicago-style deep dish pizza restaurant. The space included a full-sized pizza kitchen, main dining area, indoor and outdoor bar and an 1,111 sf exterior patio. This new Phoenix design for the well-established Chicago pizzeria highlighted its flexibility in décor, foundry patterns and industrial images, creating a lasting impression on the consumer.
