Construction of three-buildings totaling 150,345 SF on 12.3 acres, consisting of assembly/distribution buildings and a showroom/retail building.  The retail/showroom building has a shaded storefront glass systems, 16’-18’ clear heights and grade-level roll up doors at the rear. The remaining two buildings will be for assembly/distribution with associated office spaces. Buildings have 24’-26’ interior clear height with rear-loaded doors and share a screened truck court.
