A.R. Mays Construction begins a new 4-story above grade, podium deck apartment building, along with an adaptive reuse conversion of an existing 4-story office building to apartments. The new 4-story apartment building will consist of 114 units / 76,569 SF.  The adaptive reuse office conversion to apartment building will consist of 57 units, 42,113 SF. Scope of work also includes selective demolition of an existing parking garage.
