Blanco Cocina + Cantina is now open within the Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment, and we have some great photos to share. The single-story restaurant boasts 7,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed interior space, complemented by a 4,400-square-foot covered patio, creating a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. Guests are welcomed by custom pavers at the entrance, setting the stage for the attention to detail throughout the space. Inside, the main dining room provides a variety of seating options, comfortably accommodating up to 252 guests. At the heart of the restaurant, a sleek stainless steel cook line anchors the kitchen, while a spacious bar featuring custom lighting, seating, and a unique bar rack seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio. Large storefront windows and a sliding glass door further enhance the indoor-outdoor flow, inviting guests to enjoy Arizona’s gorgeous weather.
