New Work – Towne Storage – Phoenix

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Towne Storage project in Phoenix, Arizona. It’s a 102,248 SF, two-story storage facility with a rental office, exterior and interior accessed climate controlled storage units and 2.8 acres of site work. The project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2022.

New Work – Grocery Outlet – Brentwood

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the new Grocery Outlet in Brentwood, California. The project is a ground up construction, full interior buildout and sitework for an 18,304 SF Grocery Outlet. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2021.

New Work – Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Conference Room Renovations

A.R. Mays Construction just began work on the Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Conference Room Renovations project in Coarsegold, California. The project converts existing hotel conference rooms, room suites, and corridors, into a dedicated 4,800 SF conference center. The project is scheduled for completion summer of 2021.

Groundbreaking – Pavilion Plaza West

A.R. Mays Construction broke ground at Pavilion Plaza West in Garden Grove, California. The project involves the demolition of a former Von’s grocery store and the construction of four buildings including a new Sprouts Farmers Market. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2021.

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded a project for Love’s Travel Stops in Tolleson, AZ. The project includes a remodel to the drink center and a 1,436 SF addition to expand the shower, laundry, prep room and freezer/cooler areas. This project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2021.
