A.R. Mays Construction completed this Grocery Outlet in South Pasadena, California. One of several Grocery Outlets that have been completed recently or will be in the near future.

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Barrio Queen project as part of our multi-phased work at Park 10 in Avondale.
Completed – Regal Irvine Spectrum
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the full renovation of Regal Irvine Spectrum. The project included completely new, state-of-the-art entrance and lobby featuring LED and digital signage; a new bar; a Lavazza coffee shop; a B-Fresh smoothie shop, and the latest laser projection technology and sound enhancements in all auditoriums.
Completed – Fort Mojave Thaylpo Convenience Store & Fueling Station
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Fort Mojave Thaylpo Convenience Store & Fueling Station, a ground-up construction of a 6,000 SF convenience store and fueling station with four islands with eight pumps.
New Work – CarSense – Scottsdale
A.R. Mays Construction was recently award the contract for the new CarSense auto dealership at the Scottsdale Autoshow. Construction begins this fall and is scheduled for completion in summer of 2021.
Completed – Towne Storage – Mesa
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed Towne Storage in Mesa. The 86,786 SF, two-story storage facility has a rental office, exterior and interior accessed climate controlled storage units and 3.2 acres of site work .
Grand Opening – Grocery Outlet – Winnetka, CA
A.R. Mays Construction celebrated the first completed Grocery Outlet in Winnetka, CA. It’s one of numerous Grocery Outlet projects on which we are currently working.
