Mountain Vista Marketplace is a 48,000 SF retail center that will include the construction and buildout of a 30,000 SF Sprouts Farmers Market and construction of two other retail buildings. The 10 acres of site work will include four pads for future development.
Completed – Denim Scottsdale
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed Denim Scottsdale, which consisted of the construction of two buildings, a fitness center and clubhouse, totaling 9,423 SF. The project also included construction of a pool, patio area and associated sitework.

Completed – Regal Cinemas – Willamette Town Center 11
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Regal Cinemas – Willamette Town Center 11 in Salem, Oregon. The project involved renovating all 11 auditoriums with lounge seating and all new finishes.
Completed – Service King – Gilbert
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the 21,265 SF Service King in Gilbert. The ground up automotive service center includes a reception area, nine offices, restrooms, breakroom and a body shop with seven service bays and two spray booths. The project also included two acres of site work.
Completed – High Point Academy Charter School II
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed High Point Academy Charter School II in Fort Worth. The second project we’ve completed for High Point Academy, this school is 50,000 SF that supports grades K-6 with capacity for 800 students.

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the ground-up construction of a 27,360 SF Mor Furniture For Less located in Avondale, Arizona.
Groundbreaking – Residence Inn – Scottsdale
A.R. Mays Construction recently broke ground on the 76,904 SF Residence Inn in Scottsdale. When completed in the summer of 2019, the hotel will have three stories with 112 guest rooms.
New Work – Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers
A.R. Mays Construction recently began work on Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, a ground up, 3,041 SF restaurant specializing in chicken fingers. Unique to this restaurant will be using recycled car hoods for tables, faux concrete countertops and disco balls hanging in the dining room.
