A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Haven Community Center in Chandler. The 3,193 SF facility included an amenity building, ramada, BBQ patio, lounge terrace and a private community pool and spa.
Completed – Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria – Scottsdale
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed its third Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria. The new Scottsdale location is their largest restaurant in Arizona to date at 10,000 SF.
New Work – Mountain Vista Marketplace
Mountain Vista Marketplace is a 48,000 SF retail center that will include the construction and buildout of a 30,000 SF Sprouts Farmers Market and construction of two other retail buildings. The 10 acres of site work will include four pads for future development.
Completed – Denim Scottsdale
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed Denim Scottsdale, which consisted of the construction of two buildings, a fitness center and clubhouse, totaling 9,423 SF. The project also included construction of a pool, patio area and associated sitework.

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Regal Cinemas – Willamette Town Center 11 in Salem, Oregon. The project involved renovating all 11 auditoriums with lounge seating and all new finishes.
Completed – Service King – Gilbert
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the 21,265 SF Service King in Gilbert. The ground up automotive service center includes a reception area, nine offices, restrooms, breakroom and a body shop with seven service bays and two spray booths. The project also included two acres of site work.
