The 34,500 SF Elk Valley Casino features 340 slots, six poker tables with six additional gaming tables, bingo hall, bar and lounge, restaurant and event center.
New Work – Sprouts North Las Vegas
Construction of a 23,256 SF ground-up Sprouts Farmers Market in North Las Vegas.
New Work – FatCats
A.R. Mays Construction starts the new ground up FatCats, 61,040 SF family entertainment center with eight theaters, 20 bowling lanes, arcade, nine-hole glow in the dark mini golf, party room, virtual reality area, bar and restaurant. Includes 6 acre site with typical retail parking lot, featuring a Stormed retention system.
Completed – Westgate Healthcare Campus
A.R. Mays Construction completes Phase II construction on the 22 acre site consisting of a one-story, 13,896 SF medical office building. Construction consists of box ribbed panel and steel accents, honed finish block, accents of steel, glass, and other materials to compliment the facades.
