We’re excited to share some completed photos from 303 Logistics Phase II, our newest industrial development in Glendale, Arizona. The 377,000 SF speculative industrial development introduces the use of a unique castellated beam system configuration in place of joists which allows for longer spans, reduced lead times, and increased efficiency while promoting a cost-efficient design.
