We’re excited to share the finished photography of Blanco Cocina + Cantina in Tempe, Arizona with the Novus Innovation Corridor. This 10,479 SF restaurant, built in partnership with our client, Fox Restaurant Concepts, and designed by Nelsen Partners, Inc., features 7,000 SF of interior space and a 3,500 SF covered patio. The architectural design embraces its urban setting, where rugged textures meet refined details to create a visually striking and immersive experience. The interplay of CMU textures and the extension of open-air pergolas frame a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces, creating a layered environment that resonates with the energy of its surroundings.
