We are proud to have recently completed construction on the DICK’S Sporting Goods project in Surprise, Arizona. Encompassing 50,000 square feet, the ground-up single-story retail building serves as an anchor for the Village at Prasada mixed-use development. The store incorporates unique sport zones that serve as in-store destinations such as a golf hitting bay with TrackMan™ simulator, a putting green, the “House of Cleats”, which showcases a 360-degree wall of the best-in-class cleats from multiple sports, a hydration station, and an expanded premium footwear department. We extend our heartfelt thanks to many dedicated trade partners whose tireless efforts have brought this vision to life.
