We’re excited to announce the completion of Dwell @ 5th and Farmer, a vibrant 129-unit workforce housing community in Tempe, Arizona! Developed by Holualoa Companies and designed by WORKSBUREAU, this innovative project brings together modern urban living, work-from-home functionality, and community-focused amenities—all seamlessly integrated with existing office spaces and a newly created pocket park. The community offers conference rooms with green screens, private meeting rooms, and dedicated workspaces to support remote and hybrid work. A state-of-the-art fitness center, dog-friendly areas, and a lively game room provide spaces for wellness and recreation, while pedestrian-friendly walkways, low-water landscaping, and easy access to public transit—including the light rail and streetcar—promote a sustainable and connected lifestyle.
