The new Masyno Retail and Office Building is complete! Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, the new two-story lifestyle retail and office development encompasses approximately 6,500 square feet. The simple building form is articulated with a palette of natural materials including stacked bond sand blasted concrete masonry, weathering steel, glass, and natural wood board and batten siding. Along the 2nd Street frontage, the open and inviting storefront sits on top of a masonry base with custom doors defining the lower level and 2nd level entries that reinforce the urban design principles of the area and the adjacent buildings and parking structure.
