In collaboration with project partners Earnhardt Arizona Properties, LLC, TallyCM, and John Mahoney Architect, LLC, we’re excited to debut the renovation and addition to San Tan Hyundai—a state-of-the-art automotive dealership transformation within the San Tan Motorplex in Gilbert, Arizona. The 27,560 square-foot A.R. Mays Construction built project features an expanded showroom, customer and office areas, an expanded service drive-through canopy and reception area, and a new car delivery area.
