We’re proud to kick off a new project on the west end of the Park 10 Mixed-Use Commercial Center—one of the West Valley’s most active commercial corridors. As part of the larger 8-acre development, this project includes complete site work across five acres, two offsite deceleration lanes, and the construction of a 10,705-square-foot shell building known as Shops ‘D’. In collaboration with Parkland Development and Butler Design Group, this project is scheduled for completion in early 2026.
