Blanco Cocina + Cantina is a new restaurant project within the Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment. Blanco is a single story building, with 7,000 SF of interior space and a 4,400 SF covered patio. The interior space is complete with a full kitchen, restrooms, host stand, bar, and dining seating with a variety of openings to the patio for an indoor/outdoor dining experience.
