CityNorth is a 96-acre development in the Desert Ridge area of north Phoenix. Once completed, the development may include up to 2,500 residential units, 2,000,000 SF of office, 500 hotel rooms and 100,000 SF of retail. A.R. Mays Construction completed all the infrastructure work.
