The Great Park Phase I consists of four structures; an event pavilion including stages, storage rooms, shade canopies, landscape and irrigation; a ramada including masonry piers, steel columns and a steel roof; a pump house including a steel structure and roof to enclose an existing pump system, and palm plaza shade sails including steel and concrete columns and shade canopies.
