Scope of work consisted of demolishing all existing landscape, concrete curb, sidewalk, and asphalt. Improvements consisted of new signage, wet sub-grade remediation, underground storm water retention systems, re-grading the parking area to drain to new storm water catch basins, new concrete curb and sidewalk, ABC and asphalt, parking and crosswalks striping.
