Ak-Chin Him-Dak Museum
Expanding an active museum while constructing a new education facility on the same site requires careful phasing and respect for existing operations. The Ak-Chin Him-Dak Museum project encompassed a comprehensive remodel of the existing museum building, a carefully integrated addition expanding its footprint, and construction of a new standalone classroom building—coordinating across multiple scopes to maintain the integrity of the original facility while delivering enhanced spaces for education and community engagement.
