The Brooklyn Bedding Expansion in Glendale, Arizona added nearly 300,000 SF of foam production capability to an existing, fully operational manufacturing plant. The project delivered a 286,291 SF pre-engineered metal production facility, a 4,575 SF block structure for Tank Farm 2, and site-wide infrastructure improvements. The pre-engineered metal building approach provided considerable cost and time savings over a traditional concrete tilt-up. The existing plant remained fully operational throughout construction with zero disruptions to production.
