Halsten Clubroom

Halsten’s clubroom renovation reconfigures the 6th-floor amenity space by swapping the club room and fitness center locations within the existing structure. The project preserves perimeter walls while removing select interior partitions, with adjustments to mechanical ducting, plumbing, and automatic fire sprinklers to accommodate the new layout and ceiling plan.
