Providing an all-weather teaching environment for Talking Stick Golf Club, this 3,386 SF golf academy supports the club's instructional programs with three hitting bays, a conference room, storage, administrative work area, and two restrooms. A 795 SF covered outdoor area on the northeast side of the building extends usable space while allowing instructors to expand their teaching capabilities regardless of conditions.
