W.M. Grace Corporate Office

Transforming an existing building inside and out, the W.M. Grace Corporate Office retrofit touched every surface visitors and employees encounter. Exterior upgrades introduced a new glass storefront entrance, dry-stacked stone wainscot, and exterior tile veneer, with multiple clerestory windows added to bring natural light deeper into the interior. New HVAC units and landscaping completed the exterior scope. Inside, a complete build-out delivered glass-front offices and new restrooms. The refinished parking lot and alley way ensure the property presents well from every angle.
